About

Versatile artist, Sarah is involved in several projects from pop/rock to alternative and electronic music. She released her debut EP “Blissful” in 2019 and has been releasing her own music experimenting with ambient, electronic and pop. Her latest single “Were U Ever Mine” was picked by Spotify editors to sit in the French Alternative Spotify Playlist. 

Her collaborations with electronic music producers, as a vocalist and writer, have been supported by major artists such as Armin Van Buuren, Markus Schulz and MaRLo, and signed on music labels such as Armada Music and Blackhole Recordings. She was invited to share the stage with MaRLo in Toronto, Canada to sing their song “Always Be Around”.

Sarah has been writing for TV series (Find Me In Paris, Cottonwood media) and for corporate projects (Company anthems, short movies, etc.).
Bringing her music to the stage and performing live has been an important part of Sarah’s artistic journey, but also a necessity to find balance between studio production and connecting with the audience.
Sharing her passion for music, her experiences and knowledge has been at the center of her focus while continuing to learn and experiment.



First step into Electronic Music

Discovered by international recording artist Emma Hewitt herself, Sarah was given the opportunity to collaborate with Australian producer MaRLo and sign her first track “Always Be Around” on Armada Music in 2013. She was invited to appear in the music video for the song shot in Amsterdam.
2014, Sarah Shields teamed up with Ferry Tayle and Ludovic H to write the song “The Most Important Thing”, supported by top producers such as Armin Van Buuren, Gareth Emery and Ferry Corsten. She has shared the stage with artists such as MaRLo, Driftmoon, Daniel Kandi and more.
